A shipping fee of Rs.180 is applicable on all orders. All orders may take up to 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. All Lahore Orders would be within 48 hours of the order being placed. If Lahore orders are not within 48 hours, please contact our customer support or message us.

Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from our retail store (DHA Y Block & Dolmen Mall for Lahore) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If the time has exceeded 7 days, then exchange is not possible. Silent Luxury does not offer a "returned or money back guarantee'' on purchased items.
